/Testimonial

‘Kathryn’s teaching touched me in a uniquely personal way. Although there were about twenty – five people present in her workshop, she gave individual support to me in my growth as a Kundalini student and development as a human being.

From conversations with other participants I take it that she managed to establish this relationship with each of us. This demonstrates that she maintains a connection of support with her students while teaching, irrespective of group size. At the same time, she does not impose her maturity and ample experience as a teacher onto the student.

She provides room for individual discovery and growth and effectively serves as a custodian of self-transformation. Kathryn’s teaching resonated strongly with me and it provided me with the motivation and curiosity to pursue my own Kundalini journey.

Having advanced beyond level 1 teacher training, I am now participating in the level 2 training programme and applying conscious communication and relationship work in my daily life.’
