Kathryn has taught Pregnancy Yoga classes at the Light Centre, Belgravia and SureStart, Westminster and Soho and she is currently teaching private one to one sessions. Her classes are based on the teachings of Kundalini Yoga and are suitable for women 14 weeks onwards and any woman who is planning a pregnancy. Pregnancy Yoga provides many benefits – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual – that can improve and support the experience of pregnancy, birth and parenting.

Postures, breathing practices, chanting, dancing and meditation increase health, self-confidence and sense of well-being during pregnancy. From conception through to birth, these practices increase vitality and reduce stress, helping you to attune to your inherent power and wisdom as well as developing a closer connection with your baby.
