Massage therapy addresses muscular contractions, tears and related structural imbalances. The pressure of this massage can vary from deep to light; this therapy can sometimes cause some discomfort.
Polarity therapy is another way of dealing with imbalances but the focus is more on the energy flow of the system as a whole. The pressures applied can be deep to extremely light; very seldom there is any physical discomfort, although it can elicit emotional responses, as the energy flow in the system regulates itself.
Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy is extremely light as the main purpose of the therapy is to listen and negotiate what the system is revealing and what resources it can master on the day. It is totally non invasive and relies on the innate intelligence of the system itself.
